Dog daze

A friend had some of her dogs in her truck at an event yesterday. They loved the attention from strangers.

Come winter they'll be part of a team pulling a sled.

Nice pups. They have come a long way from the huskies I remember as sled dogs.

One time in Tillamook, Oregon, we saw a medium sized bus (like they use for special education students) all fixed up for a dog team. Each window had a dog's name and the dogs were sitting and looking out. That was fun to see. Too bad I didn't have a camera with me at the time. - Margy
